Food

We like to think that we are a restaurant disguised as a catering company. Event guests are as deserving of fresh, flavorful, amazing food as restaurant guests are. We’ve transcended what catering was and have redefined what it can be.

We bring the refrigeration, ranges, convection ovens, shelving, tables and equipment needed to completely set up a commercial kitchen on location in order for our culinary team to transform your event. The food you try at our private tastings is going to be the food you have at your events.

Menu development stems from dedication to an embedded, overarching food philosophy that puts food at the forefront and allows for the showcasing of intrinsic flavors. Every ingredient, every dish, every menu matters and is thoughtfully sourced, carefully composed and expertly executed by a highly trained, full-time, local culinary team.



Sustainability

We believe in an all-encompassing sustainability philosophy that touches every facet of our organization. Over the span of seven years, we successfully navigated how to operate zero landfill kitchens and zero landfill events and because of how rare this is, we are often asked to speak about it.

Our academic and scientific partnerships include teaching senior-level students at ASU’s Global Institute of Sustainability and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism in the areas of business, ethics and sustainability. Steve has been featured as a subject matter expert at national sustainability conferences, served as a member of the ASU Wellness Committee and has participated as a member of the Sustainable Food Task Force that is involved in ASU’s purchasing and sourcing of food. We are committed to eliminating food waste.

Over the last thirteen years, Atlasta has donated over one million pounds of food which is equivalent to 600,000 meals.
