Cellar 9 was born from the need to elevate event-based bar service —beginning with your first contact with us. Our bartenders and hospitality team are trained experts who enjoy serving your guests and are dedicated to providing an experience that transcends expectations.

Fully licensed and insured, never utilizing temp staff, always using fresh juices, syrups, fruits, and herbs, we specialize in turning event bars into memorable experiences. We believe in beautifully set up bars, impeccably appointed bartenders, and uncommonly excellent hospitality.

Casual Catering stems from our primary purpose- providing chef-driven cuisine that doesn’t compromise on quality or presentation. We believe that delivered food must be as uncommonly good as food our team cooks on location and that guests who desire delivery don’t deserve a step-down product.

Casual Catering is the solution for meetings and events that require amazing food but not a full- blown setup with culinary and hospitality teams on location. Think of this as a fully contained option that only requires someone to drop it off and set it on your table. Everything is delivered efficiently, in fully recyclable containers, ready to serve.

Serving both local and national clients, Clear Stock Consulting advises, educates, and guides hospitality industry clients in implementing replicable and measurable sustainable systems and frameworks.

Short Hospitality is exclusively restaurant- focused through ownership and contract management and has two decades of successful restaurant experience.

From initial proforma development, design, and installation to daily operations, including system implementation, training, menu costing, cost control, and financial reporting, Short Hospitality provides a wealth of understanding to those needing complete restaurant management and oversight.

As a third-generation chef and restauranteur, Steve feels most at home in a restaurant kitchen.
