Our team is made up of over one hundred highly trained individuals who bring their unique talents, work ethic and dedication to each experience we collectively create for you and your guests. Our expansive culinary team is composed of executive chefs, executive sous chefs, chefs, prep cooks, porters and pastry chefs. Our hospitality team is comprised of senior captains, captains, servers, runners, bartenders and bar backs.These teams are complemented by our behind the scenes teams of operations, sales, finance and leadership. We are intensely organized and systematic, passionate about the guest experience, continual learners and proud of our ability to serve.

Pete Covington

PASTRY CHEF & BAKERY ADVISOR

Before joining our team at Atlasta, Pete worked at Basis New American as its Pastry Chef and lead front of the house team member. Prior to that, Pete’s experience included working at Convivo and The Different Pointe of View. Pete’s commitment to “scratch baking,” using authentic ingredients, profoundly affects our menus and choices to this day.  Pete’s influence still serves as a guidepost, and his standards are the benchmark Atlasta follows.
